What are others products that are like vinegar?
Vinegar could be very unappetizing to some people. Although it may be great for flavoring, some people are not very fond to the strong taste or smell of it. Luckily, there are some alternative options to using vinegar. Most of these alternatives relate to flavoring of food. Instead of using vinegar, there are other alternative ingredients you can use to add that zest into your meals. If you are making salad, instead of vinegar, you could use white wine, port, sherry, grapefruit juice, champagne, citrus juices; lemon juice, orange juice, and other acidic substances.
Cleaning: For vinegar's cleaning properties, bleach is an alternative as it is also very effective in cleaning, but it is more expensive and damaging to the environment in the means of polluting the air, environment, and water making it poisonous to consume and inhale for us and other living things. Using bleach is a little harder as the smell is also as hard to deal with and it is also dangerous to use so caution must be practiced when using it.
Cooking: Depending on what you're cooking, you can use other products to substitute vinegar's acidity. Products such as lemon, lime, and orange juice would do the job. Using these substitutes are fairly easy as you can buy the pure extract of lemon, lime, orange etc or you can just squeeze the juices from the fruits and use it. This substitute is eco friendly so it will not harm you or the environment!

|
Skin ContactIf allergic reaction, rash, or any other irritations occur then remove any contaminated clothing. Rinse and wash hands with cold water for 15 minutes or longer. Apply emollient to irritated skin. Wash any clothing item that has been contaminated before reusing. If there is any serious skin contact wash skin with a disinfectant soap and cover the contaminated skin with an anti-bacterial cream.

InhalationIf you are allergic to acetic acid and it is inhaled, remove oneself to fresh air. If you spot someone not breathing, give artificial respiration. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen through first aid. Get medical attention immediately. If individual is having breathing problems, do NOT perform mouth-to-mouth resuscitation. Individual may have hazardous, toxic substance that is still present in their mouth which could cause harm to the rescuer.

IngestionIf there are any problems occurring after consuming acetic acid, do NOT induce vomiting unless directed to do so by medical doctor.
